Sports Enhancement is a general description for a program that offers various training systems to aid your student athlete with increasing athletic speed, strength, and/or power.  Within this program there are 3 training options that you can choose from.  The decision of which program will be best for your child is primarily based on what area he/she needs the greatest improvements on.  There is not a protocol or requirement that one program must be done in order to participate in another.  Each of the 3 options are designed on a progression system, which will continue to advance your child’s development for as many years as he/she desires to become faster, stronger, and explosive.   The following are sports enhancement packages that we offer start at 3:30, 4:30, or 5:30pm time slots:

The following are sports enhancement packages that we offer:

  1. Meet twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday
  2. Focus is on speed and power development, proper running form and technique, athletic and agility improvements, increased balance and core strength, as well as improved form to aid with injury prevention.
  1. Meet three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  2. Focus is on increasing muscular strength through the use of proper technique and form, beginning at a base development level and progressing up to Olympic lifting levels.  Emphasis is primarily on leg, core, and posterior muscular strength increases, but does include full body training each session.
  1. Meet five days a week, Monday thru Friday
  2. This option combines the benefits of both option 1 and 2, helping your son/daughter attain speed, strength, and power within the 8 weeks.

Each of these programs are offered year around because an athlete’s sports enhancement should never stop, only change in programming according to their competitive phase, in order to attain and maintain their advancements to the fullest.  When looking at a general year competitive training model it would look something like the following, which college and professional athletes adhere to.
